Return & Refund Policy

At Madras Farmers, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.
If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns of new and unopened products within 7 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product’s safety seal must be intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, in as-new condition, without any damage or creases.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

To initiate a return, please email info@madrasfarmers.com with your order details to receive a Return Authorization and the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping originally, the actual shipping cost for both delivery and return will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method, after deducting any applicable shipping or handling charges.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional campaigns these are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@madrasfarmers.com with clear photos of the item and shipping label. We will assess and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
